SALES TERMS

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our notice for further information. In order to contract with us, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

The prices quoted on this Website are final prices (including VAT).

We are not responsible for any changes in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging in your country’s currency.

Stock levels are subject to availability and we do our best to ensure all orders are packed accordingly to the desired quantities and styles. Should any order not be fulfilled by our warehouse upon packing due to items becoming out of stock, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We do not hold any orders and cannot cancel orders at this point of the process. Orders will be packed and shipped as usual in our normal processes and procedures.

We will endeavour to deliver all products you have ordered in a timely manner.

DELIVERY

All products purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have received your Order Confirmation Email but your products have not arrived within a timely manner, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Note that during exceptionally busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or when the weather is particularly inclement please allow additional days before raising a query.

If your order has not been received within realistic timescales as further set out below, in the first instance please check with your local mail delivery office to see that they are not holding your parcel. If they confirm that they do not have your products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping costs will be added where applicable.

CUSTOMS

When ordering products from the Website for delivery outside the European Union you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. PAYMENT

We accept card payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and several ther payment options. Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

CHANGES

We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. GUARANTEES AND COMPLAINTS

Our products are guaranteed at national and European Union level against manufacturing defects for 2 years, except for those which indicate otherwise.

We guarantee the quality of the products sold on this website under the terms legally established, thus responding in case of any lack of conformity. Nevertheless, we must remember that you must show sufficient evidence regarding the product's less conformity. If any of the products are not compliant you should let us know by speaking to our team and making a complaint about it, sending us an email to info@torresnovas.co.uk. Complaints will be considered and answered in 15 days.
